Decorative and architectural techniques: Customers wanted the kitchen and living room to be a place of attraction. Everyone in the family loves to cook, and that's why they asked to make the kitchen spacious and comfortable. The head of the family had another dream — a stylish pantry, it was designed next to the kitchen, separated by translucent doors. The customers also had a wish to make two bathrooms: a spectacular relaxation room with a free-standing bathtub and a more casual shower room. Due to the fact that the apartment is rectangular, and the windows overlook two sides, it was divided into a private area and a guest area. In the first part, there are bedrooms for parents and daughters, and in the second — a living room and a kitchen, the conditional division into residential and technical zones is played out by a multi-level ceiling. This solution is especially readable in the living room and kitchen area, where there is a high green ceiling and a lower white one. "In addition to the visual effect, there is also a technical point. Here we hid all communications for ventilation.
