About the project:The space is located on Valovaya Street, in the house where the printing house of I.D. Sytin was located before the revolution, and in the 1950s the First exemplary printing house named after A. A. Zhdanov worked. The designers decided to connect with the past and left the brickwork open in some places, and also beat historical cast iron columns in the modern interior - they can be seen in archival photographs. The main accent was the original vaulted ceiling, which the designers covered with scarlet paint. The whole team loved this color so much that now it seems it can be called the signature color of BALCON. The office is designed for one hundred people, there is a working open space, meeting rooms and recreation areas.
