Dream Riva
Design Project:
Common areas for Dream Riva residential complex
Location:
Moscow
Area:
270 m²
Client Request:
The client initially had no specific requirements other than the architecture and the favorable location of the plot, positioned next to the Southern Port and along the banks of the Moscow River. After analyzing the architecture, the site, and the client's stylistic preferences, the decision was made to embrace a resort-style theme. The design reflects an airy, light atmosphere while emphasizing the status of the residential complex.
Completed Project Stages:
- Concept Development: Developed a design that draws inspiration from a resort aesthetic, balancing lightness and sophistication. Each building was associated with one of three natural elements: air, water, and earth, creating a unique identity for each space.
- Architectural Integration: Adapted the design to complement the strategic location near the river, emphasizing panoramic views and the fluid connection between the interior and the surrounding environment.
- Interior Design: Created spaces that embody the essence of the chosen elements, blending materials and colors to represent air, water, and earth in a seamless, elegant manner.
Challenges Solved:
- Site Utilization: Successfully utilized the project's location on the riverbank, integrating natural surroundings into the design to enhance the overall atmosphere.
- Client’s Vision: Developed a unique concept from a minimal brief by interpreting the client’s preferences and selecting a resort style that aligns with the architecture.
- Thematic Consistency: Ensured that the elements of air, water, and earth are represented cohesively across the complex while maintaining a luxurious, light-filled atmosphere.
