Design project for the Nad Al Sheba
Design Project:
Villa
Location:
Nad Al Sheba, Dubai
Area:
Client Request:
A young family of two wanted to create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space in the curved section of their villa with panoramic windows. The main goal was to combine modern minimalism with distinctive, bold elements that reflect the clients' personalities. It was important to incorporate functional zones: a living area with a mini-kitchen and dining space, and a master bedroom with two bathrooms and walk-in closets for each spouse.
Completed Project Stages:
- Analysis and development of the layout for the villa, considering the curved rooms and panoramic windows.
- Creation of an interior concept that combines a light, neutral base with contrasting accent elements.
- Selection of finishing materials for the bathrooms (natural marble and travertine) and closets (oak veneer, MDF, and glass).
- Custom furniture design and production according to the designer’s sketches, tailored to meet the client’s specific needs.
- Design of bold architectural accents such as contrasting portals, sculptural elements, and custom furniture compositions.
Challenges Solved:
- Creating a functional and aesthetically balanced layout where each area meets the family’s needs.
- Integrating bold, artistic elements into a minimalist space to add character and style.
- Providing a personalized approach to every detail, from bathrooms to closets, ensuring individualization for each family member.
- Using high-quality materials like marble and travertine to maintain a balance between modern design and luxury.
- Maintaining the overall integrity of the space with minimalist lines while preserving elegance and uniqueness in each zone.
